When will I receive my delivery?
In most cases, we’ll be able to deliver your goods the next working day between the hours of 8.00 and 18.00. If you place your order before 14.00 on Friday, we’ll be able to deliver your goods the following Monday.

*Please note, orders placed from 16.00 on Thursdays that contain GSL medicines will not be despatched until the following Monday for Tuesday delivery, this is due to the required storage conditions set out by the manufacturer and in line with the Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products. Delivery Inspection: Check for visible damage upon delivery and inform the driver immediately to note it on the proof of delivery.
Delivery Note Check: Compare your delivery against the delivery note (not your original order). Unavailable items will be listed on the invoice.
Reporting Issues:
Report missing, faulty, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
