How to Use Decor Foam Refills for High Density 4″ / 100mm

Step 1: Preparation

• Ensure you have the necessary tools for your painting or decorating project, including a roller frame compatible with 4″ / 100mm foam refills.
• Open the packaging carefully to avoid damaging the foam refills.
• Prepare the surface you intend to decorate by cleaning and drying it thoroughly.

Step 2: Installing the Foam Refill

• Remove any old or used foam refill from the roller frame.
• Take one foam refill from the package.
• Align the foam refill with the roller frame and gently slide it onto the frame until it is securely in place.

Step 3: Using the Foam Roller

• Pour your chosen paint or finish into a paint tray.
• Dip the foam refill into the paint, ensuring it is evenly coated but not oversaturated.
• Roll the foam over the tray’s ridged surface to remove excess paint and ensure even distribution on the refill.
• Apply the paint to the surface using smooth, even strokes. Start in a corner and work your way out to cover the area thoroughly.

Step 4: Cleaning and Storage

• Once you have completed your project, remove the foam refill from the roller frame.
• If reusable, wash the foam refill with warm soapy water until clean. Otherwise, dispose of it according to local regulations.
• Allow the foam refill to dry completely before storing it for future use.
• Store any unused refills in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
