How to Use the Hawkins IH65 Hevibase Induction Pressure Cooker 6.5 Litre

Unpacking and Initial Setup

• Carefully remove the pressure cooker from its packaging.
• Wash all parts of the pressure cooker with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.

Preparation

• Place the pressure cooker on a stable, flat induction-compatible surface.
• Ensure the base of the cooker is clean and dry to maintain efficiency during cooking.

Adding Ingredients

• Make sure not to fill the cooker beyond the recommended maximum level, which is usually two-thirds full.

Sealing the Cooker

• Place the gasket inside the lid if it’s not already in place.
• Align the lid with the body of the cooker and rotate it to secure it tightly.

Cooking
