1. Safety Precautions

2. Preparing the Pressure Cooker

• Remove the lid by turning the handle counter-clockwise and lifting it off.
• Check that the pressure vent and rubber gasket are clean and properly positioned.
• Add the ingredients and liquid to the cooker, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line.

3. Cooking with the Pressure Cooker

• Securely close the lid by aligning the lid handle with the body handle and turning clockwise.
• Place the pressure cooker on the stove over medium-high heat.
• Wait for the pressure to build up, indicated by the steady release of steam from the vent.
• Lower the heat to maintain pressure and cook for the designated time in your recipe.

4. Releasing Pressure
