How to Use the Futura FP30 Pressure Cooker 3L

Before First Use

  • Remove all packaging materials and labels.
  • Wash the pressure cooker, lid, and gasket with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Read the user manual for specific safety instructions and maintenance tips.

Preparation

  • Check that the gasket and safety valves are clean and in good condition.
  • Place the ingredients and required amount of liquid into the pressure cooker.
  • Ensure the pressure cooker is not filled beyond the recommended level (usually two-thirds full).

Sealing the Pressure Cooker

  • Align the lid with the body of the cooker and close it securely.
  • Ensure the pressure regulator is set correctly as per the recipe requirements.

Cooking

  • Place the pressure cooker on a heat source (stove or induction cooker).
  • Start with high heat to build up pressure. Once pressure is reached, lower the heat to maintain it.

Releasing Pressure
