How to Use the Fackelmann Avocado 4 in 1 Tool

Step 1: Slice

  1. Begin by cutting the avocado in half lengthwise using a regular kitchen knife.
  2. Once halved, use the slicing edge of the Fackelmann tool to make even slices in the avocado flesh.

Step 2: Pit

  1. Carefully lodge the pitting component of the tool onto the avocado pit.
  2. Twist gently to remove the pit from the avocado half.

Step 3: Scoop

  1. Use the scooping part of the tool to extract the avocado slices from the skin.
  2. Ensure all the slices are removed by scooping along the inner edge of the avocado skin.

Step 4: Mash

  1. Place the avocado slices in a bowl.
  2. Use the mashing feature at the opposite end of the tool to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
