Materials Needed

• Helium tank or air pump
• Ribbon or string

Instructions

Step 1: Inflate the Balloon

• Locate the valve on the balloon.
• If using helium, attach the nozzle of the helium tank to the valve. Gently press down to release helium until the balloon is fully inflated.
