How to Use EVERBUILD 501 PVA BOND 500ML

Materials Needed

  • EVERBUILD 501 PVA BOND 500ML
  • Clean mixing container
  • Stirring stick or tool
  • Brush or roller
  • Protective gloves (optional)

Preparation

  1. Ensure the surface to be bonded or primed is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.
  2. Shake the PVA bottle well before use to ensure an even consistency.
  3. If necessary, dilute the PVA with water according to the specific requirements of your project.

Application

As a Primer

  1. Using a brush or roller, apply a thin, even coat of the PVA mixture to the surface.
  2. Allow the primer to dry completely before proceeding with further applications such as paint or adhesive.

As an Adhesive

  1. Apply a generous amount of undiluted PVA to one of the surfaces to be bonded.
  2. Press the surfaces together firmly and hold in place until the bond is secure.
  3. Allow the adhesive to dry fully, which may take several hours depending on environmental conditions.

Clean Up

  • Clean tools and brushes immediately after use with warm water.
  • Wipe any spills with a damp cloth before they dry.

Safety Precautions

  • Wear protective gloves if you have sensitive skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
