Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Door

- Drill a hole of appropriate diameter through the side edge of the door where the latch will be installed.
Step 2: Install the Latch
- Insert the latch into the drilled hole, ensuring that the latch plate is flush with the door edge.
- Mark the screw holes for the latch plate, then remove the latch.
- Chisel out a recess for the latch plate to sit flush with the door edge.
- Reinsert the latch and secure it with screws.
Step 3: Install the Strike Plate
- Close the door to mark where the latch hits the door frame.
- Drill a hole in the frame to accommodate the latch bolt.
- Align the strike plate over the hole, mark the screw positions, and chisel out a recess for the strike plate.
- Secure the strike plate with screws.
Usage Tips
- Ensure the latch operates smoothly by testing it several times after installation.
- If the latch does not align properly with the strike plate, adjust the position of the strike plate slightly.
Maintenance
