How to Use the DID Neck & Shoulder Hot Water Bottle 1.8LTR
1. Prepare the Hot Water Bottle
- Ensure the hot water bottle is empty before use.
- Inspect the bottle for any signs of damage or wear.
2. Fill the Bottle with Hot Water
- Boil water and allow it to cool for a minute. Do not use boiling water directly.
- Use a funnel to pour water into the bottle to prevent spills.
- Fill the bottle up to two-thirds of its capacity.
3. Secure the Stopper
- Carefully expel any air by gently lowering the bottle onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening.
- Tightly screw the stopper back on to ensure no leaks.
4. Apply the Bottle
- Gently place the hot water bottle on the affected neck or shoulder area.
- Avoid prolonged direct contact; consider wrapping the bottle in a towel or using a cover.
- Use the hot water bottle for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
5. After Use
- Empty the water from the bottle after use and allow it to dry thoroughly.
- Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Do not sit or lie on the hot water bottle.
- Keep the bottle away from children when not in use.
