How to Use Dettol Original Antiseptic Liquid 250ml

Step 1: Dilution

  • For first aid and medical: Dilute 1 part Dettol with 20 parts water.

  • For household use: Dilute 1 part Dettol with 40 parts water for disinfecting surfaces.
  • For laundry: Add 2 capfuls to your rinse cycle to disinfect clothes.

  • First aid: Apply the diluted solution to cuts, grazes, and bites using cotton wool.
  • Personal hygiene: Soak in a bath containing the diluted solution for cleansing.
  • Household use: Wipe surfaces with the diluted solution using a clean cloth.
  • Laundry: Run the rinse cycle as usual after adding Dettol.

Step 3: Safety Precautions

  • Do not use undiluted on the skin.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
