How to Use DEMSUN S22 Multi-Purpose White Silicone Sealant 280ml

Materials Needed

• DEMSUN S22 Multi-Purpose White Silicone Sealant 280ml
• Caulk gun
• Utility knife or scissors
• Masking tape (optional)
• Cleaning cloth
• Soap and water

Preparation

1. Ensure the area to be sealed is clean and dry. Use a cleaning cloth with soap and water to remove any dirt, grease, or old sealant.
2. If necessary, use masking tape to outline the area where you want to apply the sealant to ensure a clean line.

Application

1. Cut the tip of the sealant tube at a 45-degree angle using a utility knife or scissors to your desired bead size.
2. Insert the tube into a caulk gun.
3. Apply the sealant by squeezing the trigger of the caulk gun, while gently pulling it along the joint or crack you want to seal.
4. Smooth the sealant bead immediately with your finger or a smoothing tool for a neat finish.

Finishing

1. Remove any masking tape before the sealant starts to skin over.
2. Allow the sealant to cure completely. Refer to the product packaging for recommended curing time.
