How to Use DEKTON Eyelet Pliers with Eyelets

- Eyelets

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Material
- Lay your fabric or material on a flat surface.
- Ensure the area where you want to apply the eyelet is clean and free from wrinkles.
- If necessary, use a marker or pen to mark the exact spot you wish to place the eyelet.
Step 2: Insert the Eyelet
- Take one eyelet and push it through the hole in your material from the front side.
- Ensure the flared side of the eyelet is facing up.
Step 3: Position the Pliers
- Open the DEKTON Eyelet Pliers.
- Place the eyelet with the material in between the jaws of the pliers.
- Make sure the eyelet aligns correctly with the pliers’ head.
Step 4: Secure the Eyelet
- Squeeze the pliers’ handles firmly together.
- Apply even pressure to crimp the eyelet into place.
- Ensure the eyelet is securely fastened to the material.
Step 5: Check Your Work
- Release the pliers and carefully remove the material.
- Inspect the eyelet to ensure it is properly attached and there are no sharp edges.
