How to Use DEKTON Hook and Loop Detail Sanding Pads

1. Gather Your Materials

• DEKTON Hook and Loop Detail Sanding Pads (40 Grit, 100mm x 140mm)
• Compatible sanding tool or detail sander with hook and loop attachment
• Protective gear (safety goggles, dust mask, gloves)
• Clean work surface

2. Prepare Your Workspace

• Ensure your work area is well-ventilated.
• Clear any unnecessary items from your work surface.
• Wear safety goggles, dust mask, and gloves for protection.

3. Attach the Sanding Pad

• Turn off and unplug your sanding tool.
• Align the hook and loop side of the sanding pad with the base of the sanding tool.
• Press firmly to ensure the pad is securely attached.

4. Start Sanding

• Plug in and turn on the sanding tool.
• Gently apply the sanding pad to the surface you wish to sand.
• Use even pressure and move the sander in a consistent pattern for best results.
• Check your progress frequently to avoid over-sanding.

5. Replace the Sanding Pad

• Turn off and unplug the sanding tool before replacing the pad.
• If the pad becomes worn, peel it off from the tool’s base.
• Attach a new sanding pad as described in step 3.

6. Clean Up

• Turn off and unplug the tool when finished.
• Store the sanding pads in a dry place.
• Clean up the work area and dispose of any dust or debris.
