Step 2: Pre-heat or Pre-cool the Flask

• For hot foods: Fill the flask with boiling water, secure the lid, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
• For cold foods: Fill the flask with ice water, secure the lid, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
• After pre-heating or pre-cooling, empty the flask.

Step 3: Fill the Flask

• Pour your prepared hot or cold food into the flask, leaving some space at the top to secure the lid properly.
• Ensure food is not overfilled to avoid spills.

Step 4: Secure the Lid

• Place the lid back on the flask and screw it clockwise until it is tightly secured.
• Ensure there are no leaks by gently tilting the flask.
