How to Use the CROMPTON BAYONET CAP / BC 4.8W B22 6500K DAYLIGHT LED CANDLE BULB

Step 1: Safety Precautions

  • Ensure the power is turned off before installing or replacing the bulb.
  • Do not touch the bulb with wet hands.
  • Keep the bulb away from water and other liquids.
  • Confirm that the lamp or fixture is compatible with a Bayonet Cap (B22) fitting.

Step 2: Removing the Old Bulb

  • Ensure the light switch is in the “off” position.
  • Allow the old bulb to cool down if it has been in use.
  • Grasp the bulb gently but firmly.
  • Press down slightly and twist the bulb counterclockwise to release it from the socket.

Step 3: Installing the New LED Candle Bulb

  • Take the CROMPTON LED Candle Bulb out of its packaging.
  • Align the base of the bulb with the socket.
  • Insert the bulb into the socket by pushing down slightly.
  • Twist the bulb clockwise until it is securely in place.

Step 4: Testing the Bulb

  • Turn the power back on at the switch.
  • Check that the bulb lights up and works properly.
  • If the bulb does not light up, turn off the power and check the installation.

Step 5: Disposal of Old Bulb

  • Dispose of the old bulb according to local regulations.
