How to Use the CROMPTON BAYONET CAP / BC 4.5W B22 2700K WARM WHITE LED BULB

Step 1: Safety First

  • Ensure the power is turned off to the light fixture where you will be installing the bulb.
  • Allow any previously used bulbs to cool down before removing them.

Step 2: Remove the Existing Bulb

  • Hold the bulb gently but firmly.
  • Twist the bulb anticlockwise to release it from the bayonet cap fitting.
  • Carefully remove the bulb from the socket.

Step 3: Install the New LED Bulb

  • Align the two pins on the base of the LED bulb with the slots in the bayonet cap fitting.
  • Insert the bulb into the socket.
  • Gently twist the bulb clockwise until it locks into place.

Step 4: Power On

  • Turn the power back on to the light fixture.
  • Switch on the light to ensure the LED bulb is functioning correctly.

Step 5: Final Checks

  • Ensure the bulb is securely fitted and there is no flickering.
  • If the bulb is not working, check the fitting and the power supply.
