Step-by-Step Instructions

Loading the Stapler

1. Open the stapler by lifting the top part away from the base.
2. Insert a strip of staples into the magazine—the metal track inside the stapler.
3. Close the stapler by pressing the top firmly back onto the base until it clicks into place.

Stapling Papers

1. Align the papers you wish to staple together.
2. Insert the papers into the stapler, positioning them where you want the staple to go.
3. Press down firmly on the top of the stapler until you hear a click, indicating a staple has been inserted into the papers.
4. Release the top to allow it to return to its original position.

Removing Staples

1. Position the staple remover over the staple you wish to remove.
2. Squeeze the staple remover handles to grip the staple.
3. Gently pull the staple remover away from the paper to extract the staple.
4. Release the remover handles to discard the removed staple.

Tips for Best Results

• Ensure the stapler is properly closed to avoid jamming.
• Do not overload the stapler with more pages than it is designed to staple.
• Keep the staple remover handy to quickly fix any stapling errors.
