How to Use the Command 17011UKN X-Large White Utility Hook

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

  • Clean the surface with isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Do not use household cleaners or water.
  • Ensure the surface is dry and free from dust or grime.

Step 2: Attach the Adhesive Strip

  • Remove one of the adhesive strips from the packaging.
  • Peel off the red liner and press the strip onto the back of the hook.
  • Ensure the strip is aligned with the hook.

Step 3: Position the Hook

  • Peel off the black liner from the adhesive strip.
  • Press the hook firmly against the wall for 30 seconds.
  • Ensure the hook is positioned straight and level.

Step 4: Wait Before Use

  • Wait at least one hour before hanging anything on the hook.
  • This allows the adhesive to bond properly to the wall.

Step 5: Hang Items

  • Carefully hang items on the hook, ensuring they do not exceed the weight limit specified on the packaging.
  • Adjust the position of the items if necessary.

Step 6: Removing the Hook

  • Hold the hook gently and pull the tab on the adhesive strip straight down, stretching it slowly until the strip releases from the wall.
  • Avoid pulling the strip towards you or at an angle to prevent damage to the wall.
