• Helium tank or air pump
• Ribbon or string (optional)
• Balloon weights (optional)
• Scissors (for cutting ribbon)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Balloons

• Remove the balloons from the packaging carefully to avoid popping or damaging them.
• Inspect each balloon for any holes or defects before inflating.

Step 2: Inflate the Balloons

• If using helium:
  • Attach the balloon to the helium tank nozzle. Ensure it’s secure to prevent helium leakage.
  • Gently press on the nozzle to fill the balloon with helium until it reaches the desired size. Be careful not to overinflate.
  • Tie a knot at the end of the balloon to seal it.
• If using an air pump:
  • Attach the balloon to the pump’s nozzle.
  • Inflate the balloon with air by pumping until it reaches the desired size. Avoid overinflating.
  • Tie a knot at the end of the balloon to seal it.

Step 3: Add Ribbon or String (Optional)

• Cut the ribbon or string to the desired length using scissors.
• Attach one end of the ribbon or string to the knot of the balloon.

Step 4: Secure the Balloons (Optional)

• If using balloon weights, tie the free end of the ribbon or string to the weight to keep balloons from floating away.
