How to Use the Chef Aid Sandwich Pan with Loose Base 20cm
Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
- Set your oven to the temperature specified in your recipe.
- Allow the oven to fully preheat before placing the pan inside.
Step 2: Prepare the Pan
- Lightly grease the inside of the sandwich pan with butter or cooking spray to ensure easy release.
- If desired, line the base with parchment paper for added non-stick protection.
Step 3: Add Your Ingredients
- Pour your cake or sandwich mixture into the prepared pan.
- Ensure the mixture is evenly spread across the pan for consistent baking.
Step 4: Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven.
- Bake for the time specified in your recipe, checking for doneness as needed.
- Use a toothpick or cake tester to check if the cake is baked through; it should come out clean when inserted into the center.
Step 5: Cooling and Removing the Cake
- Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for about 10-15 minutes.
- To remove the cake, gently push the loose base upward from the bottom to release the cake from the sides of the pan.
- Carefully transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before serving or decorating.
Step 6: Cleaning the Pan
- After use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or allow to air dry.
- Store the pan in a dry place until your next baking session.
