Preparation
- Ensure all components of the coffee maker are clean and dry.
- Check that the rubber gasket and filter plate are properly seated and intact.
- Place the base of the coffee maker on a flat, stable surface.
Filling with Water and Coffee
- Fill the bottom chamber with cold water up to the safety valve level.
- Insert the funnel-shaped filter basket into the bottom chamber.
- Add ground coffee into the filter basket, filling it up completely but without packing it tight.
Assembly

- Ensure there is no coffee ground on the seal or threads for a proper fit.
Brewing
- Place the coffee maker on a stove burner that matches its size.
- Set the burner to medium heat.
- Wait for the water to boil and coffee to brew. You will hear a gurgling sound when the process is nearly complete.
Serving
- Once the gurgling sound stops, remove the coffee maker from the heat.
- Carefully open the lid to check that all the water has percolated into the top chamber.
- Pour the espresso into your cup and enjoy.
Cleaning
- Allow the coffee maker to cool down completely.
- Disassemble all parts.
- Rinse each part with warm water and dry thoroughly.
- Do not use soap or a dishwasher as it can affect the taste of future coffee brews.
