Step 3: Remove the Tire
- Insert a tire lever between the tire and the rim, and gently pry the tire away from the rim.
- Once one side of the tire is off the rim, pull out the inner tube.

Step 5: Install the New Inner Tube
- Partially inflate the new inner tube until it takes shape but is not firm.
- Insert the inner tube into the tire, starting at the valve stem.
- Carefully place the tire back onto the rim, ensuring that the inner tube is not pinched.
Step 6: Inflate the Tire
- Use a bike pump or air compressor to inflate the tire to the recommended pressure (usually found on the tire sidewall).
- Ensure the tire is seated properly on the rim and that there are no bulges or pinches.
Step 7: Reattach the Wheel
- Place the wheel back onto the bicycle frame.
- Tighten the nuts or secure the quick-release lever to hold the wheel in place.
