How to Use Bartoline Superstik Grab Adhesive Solvent Free Tube 300gm

Materials Needed

  • Bartoline Superstik Grab Adhesive
  • Caulking gun (if tube is not self-dispensing)
  • Cleaning cloth
  • Protective gloves

Preparation

  1. Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.
  2. Wear protective gloves to avoid skin contact with the adhesive.

Application

  1. If necessary, insert the tube into a caulking gun.
  2. Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to the desired bead size.
  3. Apply a continuous bead of adhesive to one of the surfaces. For best results, apply in a zigzag pattern.
  4. Immediately press the surfaces together, applying firm pressure.
  5. Adjust the position as needed within a few minutes of application.

After Application

  • Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours for optimal strength.
  • Clean any excess adhesive with a damp cloth before it dries.

  • Store the tube in a cool, dry place.
