How to Use Bottle Bartoline Clear Lamp Oil 1L

Safety Precautions

  • Ensure you are in a well-ventilated area before using the lamp oil.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
  • Do not ingest. If ingested, seek medical advice immediately.

Materials Needed

  • Bottle of Bartoline Clear Lamp Oil
  • Oil lamp with a wick
  • Funnel (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Lamp

  • Ensure the lamp is clean and free of any debris.
  • Remove the lamp’s chimney or top portion to access the wick holder.

Step 2: Fill the Lamp

  • Remove the wick holder from the lamp base.
  • Using a funnel if necessary, carefully pour the Bartoline Clear Lamp Oil into the lamp base.
  • Fill to approximately 3/4 full, ensuring not to overfill.
  • Reinsert the wick holder into the lamp base.

Step 3: Adjust the Wick

  • Ensure the wick is properly trimmed to approximately 1/4 inch above the wick holder.
  • Adjust the wick to ensure an even burn and prevent smoking.

Step 4: Ignite the Lamp

  • Replace the lamp chimney or top portion.
  • Light the wick with a match or lighter.
  • Allow the lamp to burn for a few minutes to ensure a steady flame.

Extinguishing the Lamp

  • Use a lamp snuffer or carefully blow out the flame to extinguish the lamp.
  • Allow the lamp to cool before handling or storing.
