How to Use AUTO EXTREME MATT BLACK SPRAY PAINT 400ML

Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, grease, and dust.
• Wear protective gear including gloves and a mask to avoid inhaling fumes.
• Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes to mix the paint thoroughly.
• Test spray on a small, inconspicuous area to check compatibility with the surface.

Application

• Hold the can upright, approximately 15-25 cm (6-10 inches) away from the surface.
• Spray with smooth and even strokes, moving the can side to side.
• Apply multiple thin coats rather than one thick coat, allowing each layer to dry for a few minutes before applying the next.
• Ensure good ventilation in the area during application and drying.

Drying and Finishing

• Allow the final coat to dry completely as per the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 24 hours for full cure.
• Inspect the painted surface for any missed spots or uneven coverage, and touch up if necessary.
• Clean the spray nozzle by inverting the can and spraying until only gas comes out.
