Step 1: Gather Your Materials

• Freshly ground coffee
• Water
• Heat source (stovetop or electric)

Step 2: Prepare the Coffee Maker

1. Disassemble the coffee maker: separate the top chamber, the filter funnel, and the bottom chamber.
2. Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve.

Step 3: Add Coffee Grounds

1. Place the filter funnel into the bottom chamber.
2. Fill the filter funnel with freshly ground coffee. Level it off, but do not tamp it down.
