How to Use the ANKER 9 PCS Maths Set

What’s Included

• 1 x Compass
• 1 x Divider
• 1 x Protractor
• 1 x 45° Set Square
• 1 x 60° Set Square
• 1 x Ruler
• 1 x Pencil
• 1 x Eraser
• 1 x Sharpener

Getting Started

1. Open the plastic case carefully by unclipping the latch.
2. Lay out all the items on a flat surface for easy access.

Using the Compass

1. Insert the pencil into the holder on the compass.
2. Tighten the screw to secure the pencil in place.
3. Place the point of the compass on the paper where you want the center of the circle.
4. Adjust the width of the compass to the desired radius.
5. Rotate the compass to draw a circle.

Using the Divider

1. Place the points of the divider on the paper to measure distances.
2. Adjust the width by sliding the divider open or closed.

Using the Protractor

1. Place the midpoint of the protractor on the vertex of the angle you wish to measure or draw.
2. Align one side of the angle with the zero line of the protractor.
3. Read the measurement where the other side of the angle meets the protractor’s scale.

Using the Set Squares

1. Place the set square on the paper to draw right angles or specific angles of 45° or 60°.
2. Use the ruler edge of the set square to draw straight lines.

Using the Ruler

1. Align the ruler with the edge where you want to draw or measure a straight line.
2. Use the markings on the ruler to measure distances or draw lines of specific lengths.

Using the Pencil, Eraser, and Sharpener

• Use the pencil to make marks, write notes, or draw lines.
• Use the eraser to correct mistakes by gently rubbing over pencil marks.
• Use the sharpener to maintain a fine point on the pencil for precise drawing.

Storage

1. Return all items to their respective slots in the plastic case after use.
2. Close the case securely to prevent items from falling out.
