How to Use ANIKA Non Slip Rug and Mat Grippers
Step 1: Prepare the Surface
- Ensure the floor surface is clean and dry.
- Remove any dust or debris that could affect adhesion.
Step 2: Position the Grippers
- Lay your rug or mat in the desired position on the floor.
- Identify the corners and edges where the grippers will be placed.
Step 3: Attach the Grippers
- Peel the protective backing off one side of a gripper.
- Press the sticky side firmly onto the corner or edge of the rug or mat.
- Repeat for all corners and edges as needed.
Step 4: Secure to the Floor
- Peel the backing off the other side of each gripper.
- Press the rug or mat down onto the floor, ensuring the grippers adhere to the surface.
- Apply pressure to secure the grip.
Step 5: Test the Stability
- Walk on the rug or mat to ensure it does not slip.
- If movement is detected, adjust the grippers as necessary.
Step 6: Regular Maintenance
- Check the grippers periodically to ensure they remain secure.
- Clean the floor and reattach grippers if they lose adhesion over time.
Note: These grippers are not suitable for use on uneven or highly textured surfaces.
