How to Use AMTECH Aluminium Oxide Assorted Sanding Sheets with Dust Extraction

Materials Needed

• AMTECH Aluminium Oxide Sanding Sheets
• Sander with Dust Extraction Feature
• Protective Gear (Goggles, Mask, Gloves)
• Clean Cloth

Preparation

1. Ensure you are in a well-ventilated area.
2. Wear protective gear to avoid inhaling dust and to protect your eyes and hands.
3. Prepare the surface you are going to sand by cleaning it with a cloth to remove any debris.

Attachment of Sanding Sheets

1. Select the appropriate grit sanding sheet for your task. Coarser grits (lower numbers) are for removing material quickly, while finer grits (higher numbers) are for smooth finishing.
2. Attach the sanding sheet to your sander. Make sure it aligns properly with the dust extraction holes on your sander.

Sanding Process
