Steps for Using the Hacksaw

Step 1: Safety First

• Wear protective gloves to protect your hands.
• Put on safety goggles to shield your eyes from any debris.

Step 2: Prepare the Hacksaw

• Ensure the hacksaw blade is securely attached to the frame.
• If not, loosen the tensioner, insert the blade, and tighten it until firm.
• Check that the teeth of the blade are facing forward (away from the handle).

Step 3: Secure the Material

• If possible, use a clamp or vice to hold the material you are cutting in place.
