How to Use the AM-TECH 20MM Rhombic Chrome Plated Iron Padlock

1. Unpacking the Padlock

• Carefully open the packaging to avoid damaging the padlock.
• Remove the padlock and the keys from the packaging.
• Inspect the padlock for any visible defects or damage.

2. Understanding the Padlock Components

• Shackle: The U-shaped metal bar that opens and closes.
• Body: The main part of the lock that houses the locking mechanism.
• Keyhole: The slot where the key is inserted.

3. Unlocking the Padlock

• Insert the key into the keyhole located on the bottom of the padlock body.
• Turn the key clockwise until the shackle pops open.
• Remove the key from the keyhole.

4. Securing with the Padlock

• Position the open shackle around the item or through the hasp you wish to secure.
• Push the shackle back into the padlock body until it clicks into place.
• Ensure the lock is secure by pulling on the shackle without turning the key.

5. Locking the Padlock
