How to Use EVERBUILD 502 WOOD ADHESIVE 75ML

Step 1: Prepare the Surfaces

• Ensure that both surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust and grease.
• For best results, lightly sand the surfaces to create a better bonding area.

Step 2: Apply the Adhesive

• Open the cap of the EVERBUILD 502 Wood Adhesive bottle.
• Squeeze a small amount of adhesive onto one of the surfaces. Spread it evenly using a brush or a plastic spreader.
• Ensure that the adhesive covers the entire area to be bonded.

Step 3: Bond the Surfaces

• Press the two surfaces together firmly, ensuring even pressure across the bonded area.
• Clamp or hold the surfaces in place, if necessary, to maintain pressure while the adhesive sets.

Step 4: Allow to Dry

• Leave the bonded surfaces undisturbed for the recommended drying time, typically 24 hours, to achieve maximum bond strength.
• Avoid exposing the bond to stress or movement during the drying period.

Step 5: Clean Up

• Wipe away any excess adhesive with a damp cloth before it dries.
• Close the adhesive bottle tightly after use to prevent drying out.
