How to Use Westland Peat Free House Plant Potting Mix 4L

Materials Needed

• Westland Peat Free House Plant Potting Mix 4L
• Empty plant pot with drainage holes
• Watering can or spray bottle
• House plant
• Trowel or small garden scoop (optional)

Steps to Pot Your House Plant

1. Prepare the Pot

• Choose a pot that is slightly larger than the current pot of your plant.
• Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.

2. Add Potting Mix

• Fill the bottom of the pot with Westland Peat Free House Plant Potting Mix.
• Gently tap the pot to settle the mix.

3. Place Your Plant

• Remove the plant from its current pot. Carefully loosen the root ball if it’s compacted.
• Place the plant in the center of the new pot.

4. Fill with More Potting Mix

• Fill around the root ball with more potting mix until the pot is almost full.
• Gently press the mix around the plant to secure it in place.

5. Water the Plant

• Water the plant thoroughly until water drains out of the bottom of the pot.
• Allow the pot to drain completely before placing it in its spot.
