Materials Needed

• Auto Extreme Gloss Racing Green Spray Paint 400ml
• Protective gloves
• Protective eyewear
• Mask or respirator
• Drop cloths or newspaper
• Sandpaper (optional)
• Primer (optional)
• Clean cloth

Preparation

1. Work in a well-ventilated area to ensure safety.
2. Lay down drop cloths or newspapers to protect surrounding surfaces from paint overspray.
3. If necessary, use sandpaper to smooth the surface you plan to paint.
4. Clean the surface thoroughly with a clean cloth to remove any dust or grease.
5. Apply a primer if recommended for the material you are painting. Allow it to dry completely.

Application

1. Shake the spray paint can vigorously for a few minutes to mix the contents well.
2. Put on protective gloves, eyewear, and mask or respirator before proceeding.
3. Hold the can approximately 20-30 cm (8-12 inches) from the surface to be painted.
4. Spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke for even coverage.
5. Apply multiple light coats rather than one heavy coat to avoid drips and runs.
6. Allow each coat to dry for the recommended time as indicated on the can before applying the next coat.

Finishing

1. Once you have achieved the desired coverage, allow the final coat to dry completely.
2. Carefully remove any protective coverings or masking tape from the surrounding areas.
