- Electrical Tape (optional)
Step 2: Prepare the Wires
- Use the wire strippers to remove approximately 0.5 inches (1.3 cm) of insulation from the end of each wire.
- Twist the exposed ends of the wires to ensure the strands are tightly bundled together.
Step 3: Connect the Wires to the Terminal Block
- Loosen the screws on the terminal block using the screwdriver.
- Insert the stripped end of one wire into one side of the terminal opening.
- Tighten the screw on the terminal block to secure the wire in place.
- Repeat the process for the other wire(s) you wish to connect.

- Double-check that all wires are securely fastened and that there is no exposed wire outside the terminal block.
- If necessary, wrap electrical tape around the connections for additional insulation and security.
Step 5: Testing the Connection
- Once all connections are secure, test the electrical circuit to ensure proper functionality.
- Turn on the power supply and check for any issues in the connected system.
- If any problems arise, turn off the power supply and double-check all connections.
Safety Precautions
- Always ensure the power supply is turned off before working with electrical components.
- Wear appropriate safety gear, such as insulating gloves, when handling electrical components.
- If unsure about the installation process, consult with a professional electrician.
