How to Use Paint Factory Colour It Quick Drying Blackboard Black Paint 300ML

Materials Needed

• Paint Factory Colour It Quick Drying Blackboard Black Paint (300ML)
• Paintbrush or roller
• Painter’s tape
• Drop cloth or old newspaper
• Sandpaper (optional)
• Clean cloth

Preparation

1. Choose a well-ventilated area to work in.
2. Lay down a drop cloth or old newspaper to protect the surrounding area from spills.
3. Use painter’s tape to cover any edges or areas you do not want to paint.
4. If the surface is rough, use sandpaper to smooth it out, then wipe it with a clean cloth to remove any dust.

Application

1. Shake the paint can well before opening to ensure the paint is thoroughly mixed.
2. Pour a small amount of paint into a paint tray if using a roller.
3. Dip your paintbrush or roller into the paint, ensuring an even coat.
4. Apply the paint evenly to the surface in long, smooth strokes.
5. Allow the first coat to dry completely. This typically takes a short time, but refer to the can for specific drying times.
6. Apply a second coat if necessary for better coverage and finish.
7. Remove the painter’s tape carefully before the paint completely dries to avoid peeling off any paint.

Finishing

1. Allow the painted surface to cure for at least 24 hours before using it as a blackboard.
