How to Use Paint Factory Glass Frosting 250ml

Materials Needed

• Paint Factory Glass Frosting 250ml Aerosol
• Protective gloves
• Masking tape
• Drop cloth or newspaper
• Cleaning cloth or sponge
• Glass cleaner

Preparation

1. Ensure the area is well-ventilated by opening windows or using fans.
2. Wear protective gloves to avoid contact with the skin.
3. Clean the glass surface thoroughly using a glass cleaner to remove any dirt, grease, or fingerprints.
4. Dry the glass completely with a clean cloth or sponge.
5. Use masking tape to cover any areas of the glass or surrounding surfaces that you do not want to frost.
6. Place a drop cloth or newspaper around the area to protect surfaces from overspray.

Application

1. Shake the aerosol can well for approximately 1-2 minutes to ensure the contents are properly mixed.
2. Hold the can approximately 20-30 cm (8-12 inches) away from the glass surface.
3. Spray the frosting evenly across the glass using smooth, sweeping motions. Avoid concentrating on one area for too long to prevent drips.
4. Apply multiple thin coats if necessary, allowing each coat to dry completely before applying the next. This usually takes about 10-15 minutes.

Finishing Touches

1. Once you are satisfied with the coverage, allow the frosting to dry completely, which may take up to 24 hours for the best results.
2. Carefully remove the masking tape from the edges of the glass.
3. Clean up any overspray from surrounding areas if necessary.
