How to Use the 19CM Cast Aluminium Yellow Lemon Press Bartenders Tool
Step 1: Prepare the Lemon
- Select a fresh lemon and wash it thoroughly to remove any dirt or residues.
- Cut the lemon in half using a sharp knife.
Step 2: Position the Lemon in the Press
- Open the lemon press by lifting the top handle.
- Place one half of the lemon, cut side down, into the concave section of the press.
Step 3: Squeeze the Lemon
- Firmly press down on the handle to squeeze the lemon.
- Ensure that you apply even pressure to extract maximum juice.
- Collect the juice in a glass or container placed underneath the press.
Step 4: Remove the Lemon Pulp
- Release the handle and remove the squeezed lemon half.
- Discard the used lemon and repeat with the other half if needed.
Step 5: Clean the Lemon Press
- Rinse the lemon press with warm water to remove any remaining pulp or juice.
- Dry it thoroughly before storing it away.
Additional Tips
- For best results, use lemons that are at room temperature as they tend to yield more juice.
- Roll the lemon on a flat surface before cutting to help release the juices.
