How to Use the Telescopic Back Scratcher

Step 1: Extend the Back Scratcher

• Hold the handle of the back scratcher firmly.
• Gently pull the telescopic rod to extend it from its compact length of 165mm to your desired length, up to 500mm.

Step 2: Scratch Hard-to-Reach Areas

• Position the extended back scratcher over the area of your back that you wish to scratch.
• Use gentle pressure to scratch the area, adjusting the angle as needed for comfort and reach.

Step 3: Retract and Store

• After use, carefully push the telescopic rod back into the handle to retract it to its original compact size of 165mm.
• Use the pocket clip to attach the back scratcher to your pocket, bag, or another convenient location for easy access and storage.
