How to Use 151 Wood Glue 120GM

Materials Needed

• 151 Wood Glue 120GM
• Wood pieces to be joined

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Surfaces

• Ensure that the wood surfaces you intend to glue are clean and dry.
• If necessary, sand down any rough areas to ensure a tight bond.

Step 2: Apply the Glue

• Open the 151 Wood Glue bottle carefully.
• Apply a thin, even layer of glue to one of the wood surfaces. You can use the nozzle for direct application or a brush/spreader for more control.

Step 3: Join the Surfaces

• Press the glued surface against the other wood piece to form the bond.
• Align the edges as needed.

Step 4: Clamp the Pieces

• If possible, use clamps to hold the wood pieces together while the glue dries.
• This helps ensure a strong bond and prevents movement.

Step 5: Clean Up

• Use a damp cloth to wipe away any excess glue that may have oozed out from the edges.

Step 6: Allow to Dry

• Let the glue dry completely. Refer to the product’s packaging for recommended drying time.
• Avoid disturbing the bonded pieces during this time.
