How to Use 151 Hemming Tape Iron On

Materials Needed

• 151 Hemming Tape
• Clothing or fabric that needs hemming
• Iron
• Ironing board
• Scissors

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fabric

• Lay the fabric flat on the ironing board.
• Measure and mark the desired length for the hem using the measuring tape or ruler.
• Trim any excess fabric if necessary.

Step 2: Position the Hemming Tape

• Cut a piece of hemming tape to match the length of the hem.
• Place the hemming tape between the folded layers of fabric where the hem will be.

Step 3: Iron the Hem

• Press the iron over the fabric where the hemming tape is placed, holding it in place for a few seconds to activate the adhesive.
• Move the iron along the hem, pressing and holding as needed to ensure the tape adheres properly.

Step 4: Finish the Hem

• Allow the hem to cool and set for a few minutes.
• Check that the hem is secure and the tape has adhered correctly.
• Repeat the process if necessary for other areas.
