How to Use Westland Organic Rooting Gel 150ml
Step 1: Prepare Your Cutting
- Select a healthy plant from which to take your cutting.
- Use a clean, sharp tool to cut a 4-6 inch piece of stem.
- Remove any leaves from the lower half of the cutting.
Step 2: Apply the Rooting Gel
- Pour a small amount of Westland Organic Rooting Gel into a separate container to avoid contamination.
- Dip the cut end of your plant cutting into the gel, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Gently tap off any excess gel.
Step 3: Plant the Cutting
- Prepare a pot with a suitable potting mix or soil.
- Make a hole in the soil using a pencil or stick.
- Insert the gel-coated cutting into the hole and gently firm the soil around it.
Step 4: Care for the Cutting
- Water the cutting gently to settle the soil.
- Place the pot in a warm, bright location away from direct sunlight.
- Maintain consistent moisture in the soil, but avoid overwatering.
- Expect roots to develop in a few weeks.
Additional Tips
- For best results, take cuttings in the morning when the plant is hydrated.
- Consider using a humidity dome or plastic bag to maintain humidity around the cutting.
