Preparation
- Ensure you have all necessary grilling tools, such as tongs and a heat-resistant glove.
- Clean the grilling basket with warm water and mild detergent before first use.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent any water spots or rust.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400ยฐF (190-204ยฐC).
- If using a charcoal grill, wait until the coals are covered with white ash.
Prepare the Fish
- Choose your favorite type of fish, such as salmon, trout, or mackerel.
- Season the fish with salt, pepper, and any other preferred spices or marinades.
- Lightly oil the fish to prevent sticking to the basket.
Load the Fish into the Basket
- Open the grilling basket by releasing the latch.

- Close the basket and secure the latch to hold the fish in place.
Grill the Fish
