1. Introduction Welcome to B31 Local. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Our Service (Personal Shopping) We operate as an independent Personal Shopping and Delivery Service. When you place an order, you are hiring us to act as your agent to purchase goods on your behalf from local suppliers and independent warehouses. The prices listed include the item cost plus a service fee.
3. Delivery Policy We serve the B31 postcode area exclusively. Delivery times are estimates. If your order contains age-restricted items (e.g., alcohol), valid photo ID is required upon delivery (Challenge 25).
4. Freshness & Substitutions Policy Our B31 hub is restocked daily to ensure maximum freshness. Occasionally, high-demand items may sell out before we can update the website. If a specific item is unavailable, our packing team will select a “Best Match” alternative of equal or higher quality.
- Price Promise: If the substitute is cheaper, we refund the difference. If it is more expensive, we cover the extra cost.
- Dietary Needs: Please add allergy notes to your order. If we cannot find a safe match, we will refund the item.
5. Online “Warehouse” Items. Items marked as “Warehouse Stock” are sourced from our central distribution hub and are not available for Same Day Delivery. Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days.
6. Cancellations & Returns
- Perishable Goods: We cannot accept returns on perishable food items unless they are faulty.
- Non-Perishable Goods: Returns accepted within 14 days if unopened.
- Missing Items: Missing items without a substitute will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not the manufacturer of the goods sold. We accept no liability for any injury, allergic reaction, or illness caused by the consumption or use of products. Please read labels before consumption.
