How to Use Rapide Auto Extreme Automotive AX Spray Paint

Materials Needed

• Rapide Auto Extreme Automotive AX Spray Paint Silver Body 250ml
• Protective gloves
• Face mask
• Protective eyewear
• Drop cloth or newspaper
• Sandpaper (variety of grits)
• Primer (if necessary)
• Clean cloth
• Painter’s tape

Preparation

1. Choose a well-ventilated area to work in, such as outdoors or in a garage with open doors and windows.
2. Lay down a drop cloth or newspaper to protect the surrounding area from paint spray.
3. Clean the surface you plan to paint thoroughly with a clean cloth to remove dirt, grease, and dust.
4. If necessary, sand the surface with sandpaper to ensure it is smooth and free of imperfections.
5. Apply primer to the surface if needed, and let it dry completely before proceeding.

Application

1. Shake the spray paint can vigorously for at least one minute to ensure the paint is well-mixed.

Finishing

1. Allow the final coat to dry completely as per the manufacturer’s instructions before handling the painted item.
2. Remove any painter’s tape carefully to avoid damaging the paint edges.
3. Clean the spray nozzle by turning the can upside down and spraying until only clear gas comes out, ensuring future usability.
