How to Use 151 Original Gorilla Foam Filler 500ml

Materials Needed

• 151 Original Gorilla Foam Filler 500ml
• Protective gloves
• Protective eyewear
• Drop cloth or newspaper (to protect surfaces)
• Utility knife (for trimming excess foam)

Preparation

1. Ensure the area where you will be applying the foam is clean and dry.
2. Cover surrounding surfaces with a drop cloth or newspaper to protect from spills.
3. Shake the can well for about 30 seconds to mix the contents thoroughly.
4. Put on protective gloves and eyewear to prevent any contact with the foam.

Application

1. Attach the included application nozzle to the top of the can.
2. Hold the can upside down and gently squeeze the trigger to release the foam.
3. Carefully dispense the foam into the gap, crack, or hole, filling it only halfway. The foam will expand to fill the space.
4. If filling a large area, apply the foam in layers, allowing each layer to expand before adding more.

After Application

1. Allow the foam to cure completely, which may take up to 24 hours depending on humidity and temperature.
2. Once cured, use a utility knife to trim any excess foam that has expanded beyond the desired area.
3. Dispose of any waste material and clean the nozzle with a solvent if you plan to reuse the can.
