Steps to Light a Match

1. Hold the match stick at the opposite end of the match head.
2. Firmly press the match head against the striking surface on the side of the matchbox.
3. Quickly and smoothly swipe the match head along the striking surface to ignite it.
4. Once lit, carefully use the match to ignite your desired item.

Extinguishing the Match

• Blow out the flame gently once the desired item is lit.
• Ensure the match is completely extinguished before disposal.
• Dispose of the used match stick in a non-flammable trash container.
