How to Use Clear Pallet Shrink Wrap 400mm x 250m

Materials Needed

• Clear Pallet Shrink Wrap 400mm x 250m
• Pallet with goods to be wrapped
• Scissors or a cutting tool

Preparation

1. Ensure the pallet is stable and the goods are securely stacked.
2. Place the pallet in an area with enough space to move around easily.

Wrapping the Pallet

1. Start by securing the end of the shrink wrap to the bottom of the pallet. You can tuck the end under one of the corners to hold it in place.
2. Begin wrapping by walking around the pallet, unrolling the wrap as you go. Start from the bottom and work your way up.
3. Apply tension to the wrap as you circle the pallet, ensuring it hugs the goods tightly.
4. Overlap each layer by at least 50% to ensure full coverage and stability.
5. Continue wrapping until you reach the top of the pallet.

Securing and Finishing

1. Once you reach the top, cut the shrink wrap using scissors or a cutting tool.
2. Secure the end of the wrap by tucking it into one of the layers or pressing it against the wrap to stick.
3. Inspect the pallet to ensure all goods are tightly secured.
