How to Use the SQ Professional Gems Legacy 4 Slice Toaster

Unpacking and Setup

• Carefully remove the toaster from its packaging.
• Place the toaster on a flat, stable surface away from flammable materials.
• Ensure the power cord is not tangled and can reach the electrical outlet comfortably.
• Plug the toaster into a suitable electrical outlet.

Using the Toaster

• Insert up to four slices of bread into the slots.
• Adjust the browning control dial to your desired setting (1 being lightest, 5 being darkest).
• Push down the lever to start toasting. The toaster will automatically switch off and pop up the bread when done.

Additional Features

• Use the “Cancel” button to stop the toasting process at any time.
• For reheating toast, use the “Reheat” button.
• To toast frozen bread, select the “Defrost” button before pushing down the lever.

Safety Precautions

• Do not insert oversized food items, foil packages, or utensils into the toaster.
• Allow the toaster to cool before handling or cleaning.
• Always unplug the toaster when not in use or before cleaning.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Ensure the toaster is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
• Remove the crumb tray from the bottom and empty it regularly.
